This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to:

Reserve project dates
-
Purchase materials
-
Begin design or planning work
Deposits will be clearly stated in your quote.

When Deposits Are Refundable
Deposits may be refunded if:

We cancel the job for reasons within our control

You cancel before materials are purchased

When Deposits Are Not Refundable
Deposits may be non-refundable if:

Materials have already been purchased
-
Custom items have been ordered
-
Work has been partially completed
-
You cancel within 72 hours of the agreed start date

Cancellations After Work Has Started
If you cancel after work begins, you may be charged for:

Labour completed so far
-
Materials used
-
Any non-recoverable costs

Refund Method
Any eligible refund will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Changes to Project Scope
If you request additional work or changes during the project, we may require extra payment, which will be agreed in writing before proceeding.
